The second quarter of 2015 was filled with mixed signals from financial markets around the world.
In the U.S., jobless claims fell to their lowest level in 15 years, the S&P 500 reached a new high, but we learned the U.S. economy contracted 0.7% in the first quarter.
Around the world, China’s economy slowed to levels not seen since 2009, Greece faced troubles (again!), but European stocks also set new records.
To see how the global capital markets and major asset classes fared in the second quarter of 2015, check out our quarterly market review (below), compiled with some assistance from our friends at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
